What we collect

When you send a booking request we collect your name, phone number, email address if you give it, your vehicle’s make, model and year, and what you tell us about the work needed.

Why we collect it

We use it only to contact you about your booking and the work on your vehicle. We do not sell it or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who handles it

Booking requests are delivered to us through BluePeek, the web provider that operates this website, and stored securely by them for that purpose. If website analytics are enabled, anonymous usage data (such as pages viewed and buttons clicked) is processed by Google Analytics.

Access and correction

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by calling 0435 885 888.

Complaints

If you have a privacy concern, call us first. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
