Who we are
GM Auto Mechanics, also known as GM Auto and GM Automotive, is an independent workshop in Southport on the Gold Coast. We carry out general servicing, logbook servicing and mechanical repairs on vehicles of all makes, and we specialise in Japanese, European and diesel vehicles.
The workshop is run by Simon, with Daniel managing the day to day, and most customers deal with one of them directly. The team speaks English and Chinese.
How we work
We value clear communication. When your car comes in, we look at it properly, tell you what we found in plain English and quote before the work starts. If something else turns up along the way, we call you before we touch it.
We tailor the job to what you need, whether that is fitting a service around your work day, working with a tow operator to get a broken-down car to the workshop, or communicating with your insurer.
